- If there are maintenance issues in your unit, please report them to 727-393-3425. Please allow 24 to 48 hours response time. Emergencies will be handled as soon as possible.
- Check-Out instructions: Please place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start. Empty all garbage out of unit. Failure to do so will incur an additional cleaning charge. Return keys. Late check-out fee of $75 up to 3pm if available, full days rate after 3pm.

- Smoking in unit will incur a $250.00 charge.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Guest cancellation must be received in writing 60 days prior to arrival. The postmark or email receipt will serve as the cancellation date. If a written notice of cancellation is received timely, an administrative charge of $55.00 will be applied against your reservation deposit and the remainder will be refunded. If cancellations are received less than 60 days prior to arrival, this will result in forfeiture of the entire monies collected. Changes to a reservation will incur a $55.00 administrative charge. All condos are nonsmoking. Smoking in condo will result in a $250 fee charged to the credit card on file. Check-out time is any time before 10AM; late check-out will result in extra fees. We guarantee room type, not room number.
